This weekend we kicked off with EURO20. It was also the weekend that the first new community members of The Cohesion LUX received the keys of their new home! The sun was shining, everyone was happy; it was a great day. It’s the first co-living building for The Cohesion in Eindhoven. A real milestone!
In the next few days the residents of LUX will move in and settle down for their new coliving Eindhoven adventure. Of course at a safe distance and taking all precautions. After that, it’s time to get to know other new members, the Community Manager and the neighbourhood! The Community Manager will take care of an event calendar every month, with sport lessons, workshops, get togethers and much more. The events will focus on the four pillars of The Cohesion Lux: social interaction, sustainability, well-being and ambition.
The residents of the studios, apartments, and friends apartments are mostly urban professionals, who want to connect with each other. They are building a community and elevate each other to higher levels. The Cohesion Lux coliving Eindhoven assures a place where you can live, play. eat, drink and work from home with likeminded people in a cool area.
The Cohesion Lux is located at Strijp-S Eindhoven. A vibrant and unique area with a historical urban vibe. You can find a lot of cool shops, restaurants, bars and much more over here. The history of Philips is still visible at Strijp-S. Several old buildings are still in use, providing an authentic atmosphere which makes it the place to be in Eindhoven.
The Cohesion Lux is also convenient located. In a few minutes, you’ll find yourself at train station Strijp-S where you can take the train or bus. Love to have a little walk? The city centre of Eindhoven is only 15 min. walking distance! Have a car? No problem! The freeway (A2) is a few minutes away.
“We are very happy to open The Cohesion in Eindhoven! Strijp-S is an ambitious area with a lot of history. This perfectly fits the core values of The Cohesion Coliving” says creator of The Cohesion; Moreno Monsanto
